Charles is a shareholder of the firm and chairs the firm's Litigation Practice Group, he also practices in the area of workers compensation. In his practice, Charles represents self-insured employers, traditionally insured businesses, and government entities in all areas of workers compensation law.

Charles has been a presenter at the New Hampshire Bar Association Advanced Workers' Compensation seminar and is well recognized in this field of law. He lectures frequently to business owners, municipal officials and insurance industry representatives.
