Aaron has over 20 years of experience representing businesses across the industry spectrum. Having formerly served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of NSC Corporation, a publicly held company with 20 offices nationwide, Aaron understands the needs of in-house counsel.

Aaron assists clients in building strong businesses, providing the legal counsel necessary for the company to avoid legal pitfalls, implement growth plans, incentivize employees and achieve the ultimate exit strategies for the owner of the business. In acquiring businesses or disposing of them, Aaron has the judgment and perspective necessary to discern the important elements of the deal from those that are extraneous.
